Can we be able to save out videos

I have used glide for several years. This most recent update (10/14/16) is very buggy. It keeps crashing. I use this app several times a day, if not more, and have never had problems before. I really hope this issue is resolved asap because I am Deaf and this is my main mode of communication via cell.

Not sure whats going on. Seems like the last week none of my videos will play or send. And Im in wifi and every other apps seems to work just fine. Am I missing something or suppose to do something to make it work?

Needs updates and fix bugs

Sighs, its not great for see on glide about keep low battery and it easy to get crashing on apps. I cant see any videos right now.

Dont know what Id do without this app lol my family uses ASL and all my friends does too. I mean all the videos can be kept for years and some of em I looked back and amazing how young we have looked lol.. sorta. ;) Im kinda bummed that I couldnt save them to my file. Or can I? Thank you and I love this app! ;)

The app doesnt want to update or download after uninstalling so yeah idk whats going on but its not exactly what I want to have happening knowing it was working perfectly a week ago

I am frustrated with glide right now. Ive used glide for a while and loved it. With some changes, now it has lot of bugs. I hope it is resolved soon so I can use glide again.

This is a great app, but the newest update has been freezing and quitting on me, and it is very hard to get new videos to play. I deleted it and am redownloading it to see if that helps. Please fix the bugs because this is truly one of the best apps I use.

Cannot open glide on my iPhone at all. I tried iPad it is not working very well but doable. Get that fix ASAP!!

I m so disappointing cuz I used this glide for many years, it worked great. But since I upgraded my phone to iphone 7 and I got important conversations on glide. I m unable to play any of video, it took too long to play and at the end receiving error or problem issue pls try again. Even if I try again, same message. Please fix it!!

Since about two weeks ago my phone wasnt playing glides and now I cant see my familys glides and vice versa. Just yesterday there was no sound, today no video. Its one of the only ways I communicate with my family from Haiti so I am extremely disappointed. What is going on with glide??!! Ive even updated it recently! Smh

Will not play videos.. takes forever for them to load! When I open the app it automatically closes back out!! Fix bugs . It has been like this for two days!!!!

Latest version takes forever to load and now videos arent playing. Hate GLIDE now. Hate this app the most.

What did you do to my app I have loved it but since your last update it does not work I cant get videos,I cant send them frustrated

After the update glide now freezes whiles watching show pitchy screen takes along time to load and deletes story after its recorded what is going on??????

I did the update and still having trouble with watching the glides, as well as my friends.
